A postmodern series that combines the most effective elements that Fender Custom Shop has cultivated over many years into a single instrument, regardless of a specific year of manufacture or design period. This model, which is exclusive to Fender Flagship Tokyo, is made of carefully selected ash wood. The bridge is uniquely designed by the custom shop, and the holes in the inertia lock through the strings are shallower than the current type, achieving an accent similar to that of a vintage guitar. The Dual-Mag II pickup is a combination of Alnico 5 and 2, and features a low pole piece on the 3rd string. The Tone 2's control knob also acts as a half-blender, which can be varied in positions 1 and 2 to add a tone to the neck pickup.
